The affirmations on the screen change at a default interval of 5 minutes but you can set this interval from 15 sec to 24 hours using the Settings option. You can also go to the next or previous affirmation by swiping right or left. By opening the List of Affirmations you can see the affirmations in the list, choose the required affirmation and go right to it.
